In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following details are provided:

This website is informational: it presents the consultancy services of Punctum Consulting, S.L. and provides a means of contact. Browsing it does not in itself create any contractual relationship or obligation to provide services.

Access is free and requires no registration. Users undertake to use the site lawfully and not to use the contact form to send unlawful content, unsolicited advertising or bulk communications.

The owner reserves the right to modify the content, structure and services of the site at any time, and to suspend its availability temporarily for technical or maintenance reasons.

The texts, images, video, trade marks, logos, the selection and arrangement of content and the source code of the site belong to Punctum Consulting, S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their rightful owners.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation is prohibited. Viewing and occasional printing or downloading for personal, private use is permitted.

The information published is for general information purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Any decision taken on the basis of it is the responsibility of the person taking it; specific advice requires a formalised professional relationship.

The owner endeavours to keep the information up to date and free of errors, but cannot guarantee the absence of service interruptions or technical incidents beyond its control.

The site includes a link to OpenStreetMap to show its location. The owner is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party sites accessible from here.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to this website shall be settled by the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer legislation assigns jurisdiction elsewhere.

The contact form is the only place on the site where personal data is collected. It asks for: first name, surname, email address, the subject of the enquiry and the message. The phone number is optional.

In addition, as part of how the web server works, the IP address of whoever submits the form is recorded, for the sole purpose of limiting the number of submissions and preventing automated use. That address is not stored in clear text: a cryptographic hash is kept and deleted automatically after fifteen minutes.

The site does not build profiles, does not track browsing behaviour and takes no automated decisions with legal effects.

Solely to handle and reply to the enquiry submitted. The data is not used to send marketing communications or newsletters, and is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties.

The consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), obtained explicitly and unambiguously through an unchecked box that must be selected before the form is submitted.

That consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for any commercial follow-up arising from it. They are then kept blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods, after which they are deleted.

If the enquiry does not lead to a professional relationship, the message is deleted once it is no longer useful for its purpose.

The message is emailed to the corporate mailbox of Punctum Consulting, S.L. The web hosting provider and the email service provider act as data processors in that process, both under a processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

No international data transfers take place: hosting and email services are provided from within the European Union.

There are no other recipients, save for any legal obligation to disclose data to the competent authorities.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, so form data travels protected between the browser and the server. The message is then delivered through the hosting provider's mail server.

The form validates data on the server and includes measures against automated submission. Access to the messages received is limited to the company staff who need to handle the enquiry.

You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to jpperez@punctumconsulting.com, stating the right you are exercising and attaching a document that allows your identity to be verified.

Requests are answered within one month at the latest. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.

This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes to the site itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.

punctumconsulting.com sets no cookies, neither first-party nor third-party. It also makes no use of browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage) or any other technique for storing or retrieving data on the visitor's device.

The site includes no web analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media buttons, or third-party comment or chat systems.

That is why no cookie notice or banner is shown: there is no consent to be requested, as provided for in Article 22(2) of Spanish Act 34/2002.

Everything the browser downloads to display this site — fonts, images, video, stylesheets and scripts — is served from this same domain. No request is made to third-party servers during the visit, so no third party receives the visitor's IP address or can record their visit.

The contact section includes a link that opens the location in OpenStreetMap. That link does not load by itself: it is only activated if the visitor chooses to click it, and it opens in a new tab. From that point on, OpenStreetMap's own terms and privacy policy apply, which are outside the control of Punctum Consulting, S.L.

Even though this site does not use them, you can review and delete cookies stored by other sites from your browser settings, and configure it to block them. Instructions are available in the help pages of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
